SD Associates serves individuals in schools, homes, and community settings throughout Vermont. In Southern Vermont, we operate a special education/ABA K-12 school. Foundations Upper Valley is a Vermont Agency of Education-approved school in Windsor. In Northern Vermont, Williston and Montpelier are also the home of “Sparklers” an early intensive behavioral intervention (EIBI) programs that has been accredited by the BHCOE. Also, in Northern VT you will find our new Community and Learning Center for transitional youth and adults located in the Alpine Spirit building in South Burlington, Vermont.
Our services in this region are split into three primary categories (please select one below to learn more):
- In-school services: School-age students in Franklin, Chittenden, and Washington Counties receive contracted services for the school year when our Behavior Analyst creates and coordinates with school teams and a Registered Behavior Technician we provide. Learn more / apply…

- BCBA/BCaBA program training and supervision.
- Special Education and related services
- Staff (behavioral instructors: BI’s) at necessary and sufficient ratios to implement behavior support and teaching/learning procedures at school and in home and community settings
- Placement at Foundations, an AOE approved independent special education school
- Provision of early intensive behavioral intervention (EIBI) at our Sparklers programs in Williston and Montpelier
