Start ABA Services at SD

Welcome to the Sparklers Program!

We help children with autism develop skills through play-based ABA. With a whole lot of love, careful consistency, and a healthy serving of fun, SD Associates helps your child grow in confidence and independence in remarkable ways!

Starting any ABA services can feel overwhelming. We are here to help you throughout the entire process.

Here are the 3 simple steps to begin:

  1. Complete our confidential online application form below.
  2. Send your autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Diagnosis Paperwork to our Client Care Coordinator at sdintakecoordinator@sdplus.org. (If you suspect your child has autism but don’t have an autism diagnosis, contact us here.)
  3. Call our team at 802-662-7834 to learn more.

Eligibility

After we receive your information, we will contact your insurance company to determine eligibility and verify benefits. We will also get insurance authorization to conduct an assessment.

Assessment

Our assessment is different from your child’s testing for an ASD diagnosis. Ours is a milestone assessment to determine the best services for your child.

Personalized Treatment Plan

Once all the evaluations are complete, your BCBA will create a personalized treatment plan for your child.
